Northern California - The residents and businesses in the Northern California area will be effected by a major, strongest storm in years. This storm will bring heavy snow, rain and wind to the area causing delays starting Wednesday through Thursday. Areas can expect to see several inches of rain and 1 to 2 feet of snow. Wind will be a factor as it could produce up to 60mph gusts.
