ANAHEIM, California -- The Angels today named their minor league development and coaching staffs for the 2013 season in an announcement by Assistant General Manager Scott Servais.
The Angels, who open their first season with single-A Burlington (IA), begin their 13th season with two other affiliates (triple-A Salt Lake and double-A Arkansas) and their ninth with the Orem Owlz, the club’s rookie-level affiliate in the Pioneer League. The Angels enter their third season in a high-A partnership with the Inland Empire 66ers and will again field rookie teams in the Arizona League (at the Tempe minor league complex since 2006) and the Dominican Summer League (in San Pedro de Macoris).
