UPDATE2: A man lit a firecracker and throws it over the white house fence. Can't confirm lock down.

UPDATE: No shooting at White House. Bystanders say a man threw a lit firecracker over the fence and was tackled.

According to reports the White House has been put in lock down after two loud pops and a man tackled.
