User-Centric Design is Necessary When Using Tech to Close the Justice Gap

A host of speakers at the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) Conference said that while technology can help, it’s only as useful as it takes into account user-centric design. At the conference’s opening keynote, California Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye noted that user-centric design is one of the key lessons she’s learned from the pandemic.
