BREAKING NEWS: CALFIRE SLO, Mutual Aid Battling A 2nd-Alarm Residential Fire In Shandon

UPDATE 3:55pm: Latest from CAL Fire SLO, #ShandonIC  (update) Crews continue to conduct salvage and overhaul operations. 2 adults displaced from residential structure, Red Cross at scene. Mutual Aid response included engines from Templeton, San Miguel, Atascadero and Camp Roberts Fire Departments.
UPDATE 2:47pm: According to CAL Fire SLO, #ShandonIC (update) Crews making good progress on knocking down fire. Portions of 2nd alarm response have been cancelled. Red Cross requested to scene to assist family of at least one residence. Crews to remain at scene 3-4 hours for overhaul.
UPDATE 2pm: Red Cross to assist 2 adults.
BREAKING NEWS: Shandon, California - CALFire SLO, mutual aid are battling a 2-alarm residential structural fire on Tuesday, December 12th, 2017 at 200 block of South 2nd Street in Shandon, California.

According to CAL Fire SLO, #ShandonIC  (update) Incident Commander requesting a 2nd alarm residential structure response. Exposures are threatened.

Earlier information regarding this fire,  #ShandonIC (initial) Confirmed residential structure fire in 200 block of South 2nd Street in Shandon. Initial engine on scene within 3 minutes reporting large amount of fire within structure. ShandonIC  (update) Crews report initial knock down of main interior portion of fire.
