Kira Kazantsev Steps Out For Billboard Music Awards 2015

Las Vegas, Nevada - Twenty three year old Miss America 2015 Kira Kazantsev looked beautiful wearing a lovely strapless dress with heels as she steps out for the 2015 Billboard Music Award held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday, May 17th, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Kira Kazantsev is an American scholarship pageant titleholder who won Miss America 2015 on September 14, 2014.
