Chloe Moretz who just turned 16 looked pretty in a Silver and Black striped dress as she attends The ELLE Awards in London, England on February 11th held at The Savoy Hotel. Moretz is an American actress. She began her acting career at the age of seven and has appeared in films such as The Amityville Horror, Days of Summer, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Kick-Ass, Let Me In, Hugo, and Dark Shadows.
