ANGELS, FOX SPORTS WEST & PRIME TICKET TO TELEVISE 23 SPRING GAMES

                   Most Comprehensive Angels Spring Training TV Coverage to Date

ANAHEIM, CA – The Angels Wednesday unveiled their most extensive Spring Training television
schedule ever, announcing a slate of 23 games that will be televised by Fox Sports West and Prime Ticket
beginning February 24th. The schedule marks the seventh consecutive season of Angels Spring Training
coverage on the regional sports network.
In the booth, Jose Mota will provide game analysis while Terry Smith calls the action. Mark
Gubicza and Tim Salmon will also be on hand during select games to deliver analysis throughout the Spring
Training telecast schedule. Following each game, Michael Eaves, Victor Rojas and Kent French will rotate
the host position to lead post-game discussions with reports from Jaime Maggio and added analysis from
Mota and Gubicza. To round out Angels Spring Training coverage, “Angels Weekly” host, Alex Curry, will
supply frequent Spring Training reports from Tempe.
The Angels, who are training in Tempe, AZ for their 21st consecutive season, will open their Cactus
League TV broadcast schedule Sunday February 24th vs. the defending Western Division Champion Oakland
A’s at Tempe Diablo Stadium (12 PM PT). Other highlights in the Angels’ spring broadcast schedule include
the following matchups: vs. the local Arizona Diamondbacks on Feb. 26 in Tempe and March 26 in
Scottsdale; against the defending World Series Champion SF Giants at Tempe Diablo on Feb. 27 & March
24; and against the cross-town rival Dodgers on March 1 in Tempe. In addition, the Angels’ contest vs. the
Dodgers March 28 (at Angel Stadium) will also be televised.
